What's new in the current season?

After more than two years of Covid-19 restrictions for local sport, the new 2022/23 season finally looks promising in bringing back some normalcy.

As all the other football clubs in the city, All Black FC have struggled to keep their momentum during the pandemic, but - like a family - they never stopped supporting their players.

For this season, ABFC will carry on with their successful team in Yau Yee League Division Two. But in the long run, they also plan to field a senior team in the HKFA football pyramid. At the moment, their squad in the HKFA U18 youth league is still recruiting new players ahead of the first fixtures.

Off the pitch the club also had some noteworthy achievements. Following several years of tremendous effort, the organisation was finally granted NGO status in Hong Kong (tax exemption under section 88). In addition, All Black have also continued to expand their collaborations with schools in Hong Kong.

Here at Escapade we wish the team all the best for the new season, and we’ll make sure to keep a close eye on all their future successes.
